In 2011, Karen Ososki received the coveted “Ride-Right” certification to teach Equestrian Cross-Training and Conditioning classes.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a weekend warrior or a professional training and showing in any English or Western discipline, Karen and the Ride-Right program can help improve your performance and success by teaching you an amazing series of un-mounted exercises designed to improve your mounted balance, suppleness, fitness, symmetry, coordination, core strength, straightness, and posture. The exercise equipment includes: balance boards, bodyblades, medicine balls, balimo chairs, exercise balls, hula-hoops and more.
