In 2011, Karen Ososki received the coveted “Ride-Right” certification to teach Equestrian Cross-Training and Conditioning classes.

Daniel Stewart a former coach for the USET, author of "Ride Right" and the founder of the Ride-Right Certified Coaching program, writes:

"I hand picked Karen Ososki to join my team of US instructors because of her amazingly positive attitude, limitless knowledge, skilled teaching style and incredible dedication to our sport. I can think of no one else I would recommend more highly than her to teach your riders. I am certain they will enjoy and benefit immensely from her.

Anyone who rides strives to do so correctly for his or her beloved animal. Karen is no exception and anyone who’s met her knows of her love of horses. When she was handpicked by former USET coach Daniel Stewart to join his team of Ride-Right instructors she eagerly accepted the opportunity.

As a Ride-Right Instructor Karen is a sought after clinician in the NW, helping riders of all levels to improve their performance and success. It doesn’t matter if you’re a weekend warrior or a professional training and showing in any English or Western discipline, Karen and the Ride-Right program can help improve your performance and success by teaching you an amazing series of un-mounted exercises designed to improve your mounted balance, suppleness, fitness, symmetry, coordination, core strength, straightness, and posture. The exercise equipment includes: balance boards, bodyblades, medicine balls, balimo chairs, exercise balls, hula-hoops and more.

The program is designed for lots of fun and laughter.

Shake off the winter “It’s too-cold-to-ride blues”.

Let’s get in shape for Spring!
Your horse will be glad you did.
