This clinic will feature the following:

  • Mounted riding lessons concentrating on the horse and rider biomechanics, balance, effective use of the aids, and the horse's healthy use of different muscle groups More biomechanic info

 

  • Groundwork lessons concentrating on equine biomechanics using relaxation and rhythm to acieve balanced and through movement

Saturday 6:00 - 8:30 PM

Biomechanics Groundwork Demonstration

      • Glossary of terms explained (example: overstriding)
      • Rhythm and Tempo explained
      • Balanced horse explained and demonstrated
      • Healthy muscling explained and healthy use of muscles demonstrated
      • Relaxation exercises explained and demonstrated
      • Biomechanically healthy longing demonstrated

Public welcome and free
Warm clothing suggested

Clinic participant fees:

Groundwork and Riding Participants (your own horse):

$75.00 for a private one hour session

$40.00 each for a shared one-hour session (max. 2 riders)

Auditors are free and welcome.
